Finally, there was made a decision to produce 2 parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows to be directed by David Yates. The announcement was made by Jeff Robinov, President of Warner Bros.
Why I have stressed the fact that David Yates will be director? Because it will be the first time any one director will helm more than 2 versions of Harry Potter movies.
What is more, Robinov added that for a long time they were faithful to J.K. Rowling and her books, they tried their best in order to avoid plot misunderstandings and mistakes, but this time they decided to split The Deathly Hallows, because they are rich in events, so it will be much better to create 2 separate movies.
Now it is time to talk about terms, the 1st part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released in 2010, and the 2nd one will join us in summer 2011. Both parts will be distributed by Warner Bros.
Now, the only one question that still puzzles me, where to make this break? Will they break it with a moment of suspense or one of resolution?
